We'll gladly remount' your old netting if you deliver the nets direct from the boat after you're finished using it.
Facts about mounted nets
A mounted net consists of three parts, a fishing net, a top line and a bottom line.
Fishing net
A fishing net consists of several things, including the size, length and depth of the mesh, and there may be special laws that contain special provisions about this, which you as a recreational fisherman should pay special attention to.
Fishing nets are available in monofilament and multimonofilament types. The fishing net is mounted on the top and bottom lines with a bolchline, which is pulled through the meshes and subsequently sewn to the top and bottom lines, respectively.
Top line
The top line is the part of the fishing net that creates the buoyancy in the net, as the fishing net is equipped with a floating line OY or Hauline. Floating lines are available in several versions:
Floating line type OY: This type of floating line has a working depth of approx. 50 meters.
Floating line type OYX: This type of floating line has a working depth of approx. 200 meters.
Hauline standard and several special types Hauline is a flexible buoyancy line with a high breaking strength, Hauline has a working depth down to approx. 500 meters
Bottom line
The bottom line has a sinking ability, which consists of a braided articulated lead line and it ensures that the net is pulled down into the water. We stock many types and weight classes, so we can supply bottom lines for both floating nets and bottom-set nets.
