Mounted trammel nets
Trammel nets are used for catching turbots, plaices and soles. The trammel nets separates itself from other nettypes by its extra layer of net with bigger masques, which are made to keep the net tightened out under water.
The float and -sinkline are also much more forceful compared to normal "smooth" nets.
Hobbyfishermen
Hobbyfishermen are only allowed to use trammelnets with a mounted lenght on maximum 3 x 45 meters.
