Braided PP. Filmrope and PP. Multifilament ropes have the same gravity 0,91 g/cm3. This makes these lines very suitable for toplines for gillnets and also very suitable for many products in the industry.
Braided lines manufactured of polypropylene are used for, i.e. toplines for gillnets, towropes, washlines, gillnets, and many other products.
Braided P.P. filmropes have reasonable high breakingstrength, large durability, and these products have resistance against chemicals and sunlight. Polypropylene does not act against rot.
Braided P.P. lines and ropes are being manufactured of polypropylene splitfilm filaments. Br. P.P. filmreopes are being manufactured in blue color, and are available in many more colors when special ordered. The breaking elongation is app. 33% - meltpoint 130º - gravity is 0,91 g/m3
Braided polypropylene is being manufactured crossbraided, only.
